Need help with ov tune

I have ov tune and have had it for a while now, I need to take my truck to the dealership to get some work done to it. Im trying to switch the tune back to stock. I know things changed with the tune, how can I put my stock tune back onto my truck it isn't letting me do it via the flash manager

 

Contact OV Tune on their website. They are no longer on this forum and any discussion results in threads being locked. Too many problems.
