Installed my new pioneer from speakers today. Made my own tweeter adapter out of the old tweeter. Fairly easy install.

 

Tap plastics has rolls of flexible sheet you can buy by the foot.

I’m going to give this toolbox liner a shot first and see how it holds up. ‘‘Twas only $10 for the roll.

 

I have the same skid and it lines up fine. Definitely have to use the rubber spacers that should come with it.

 

I guess mine wasn't sent those either. This is what showed up.

I'm incorrect. That is exactly what came with mine. I'm stumped why it wont fit.

Install instructions

Please note:

There are 2 different sized spacers included. The smaller one marked "D" is for the drivers side. The one marked "P" is for the passengers side.

 

This is correct. If you have these backwards, you can still mount the skid, it's just caddywhompus.

 

"Reverse" horns installed and working. Oem bumper had holes perfect location next to hitch receiver. Little stick on button next to steering wheel. Stupid thing, but makes my day

For my own sake, I hope it doesn't because otherwise me and a whole bunch of other TW members dropped 10x the cost on ours lmao
