I think I'll get the smoker out and grab a Boston butt on the way home and smoke it Sunday

Anybody else plan on using the smoker this weekend?

 

Going to need something more than 1.5's

 

If I do it'll have to be tomorrow. Sunday is a high of 70 and an 86% chance of rain all day.

Apparently Monday's high is only 64. It'd be nice if Mother Nature could make up her mind.

 

No plans for it this weekend, I still have about 1/3 of that brisket I smoked while at the beach. Going to have to plan to smoke that sometime.
Been a productive day so far, spent the morning locking in a 15 year fixed mortgage that will save about 30k in interest. Went from 4% to 2.75% and it’s actually a slightly smaller payment than what I was paying monthly. (Since I always paid more towards principal with my old mortgage)
Then I called around and scheduled a quote for the standing seam roof repair on my porch.
And I just got finished up putting those new tires on the camper and greasing the hubs. Well worth taking the tires to the little tire shop across the street and paying the $40 to have them swap them and install new valve stems!

I bought a lottery ticket shortly after scoring this only bag of brass at Cabellas today. Now I'll have everything when the rifle gets here.

 

Well that's irritating.

We just refinanced the house and haven't even made the first payment to the new mortgage company. I just got an email from our insurance guy that they've already sold off the mortgage to a NEW new company.

I think that's the 5th one in 7 or 8 years now.

 

I haven’t sent it yet, when you want/need it let me know!

 

I should have got an estimate from this guy, may have been cheaper than the other two

 

They only had a two pack, probably cook them both.

 

Pool has 10-12” of water and the kids said let’s do this.

 

I was planning on smoking a butt for the house warming party this weekend, but unfortunately it's not in the budget.

It would be nice if I could afford to redo the Roof .

A 80'x80' shed would not be that cheap I should have done it 10 years ago.

 

hell our loan on our current house we had a new mortgage company every six months for the first 3 yrs
