    I had to go back to shitcagoland last week for a wedding that didn't even end up happening and it was 88 with a goddamn 108* heat index. It was 15* cooler in Lugoff, f'ing Lugoff was cooler than that hell hole!!!!

    Confirmed I made the right move, nothing but heat, humidity and urban sprawl up there. At least there is scenery and less people with the that and humidity down here.

    This is the wall before. There was a refrigerator there that always ended up holding beer and leftovers and a shit pantry I got from Amazon that was falling apart after just a few months.

    Both of those are going away.

    After with dual pantries and some extra storage in the middle, plus enough room on top to store all the air fryers, slow cookers, and the other crap you can never find room for.

    The birch butcher block in the center is reserved for preparation of meat goodies. We kept a good sized slab of the butcher block to make a rolling island the same height as the piece in the center.
