    when you watch someone come in, first day of rotation.. prior shift they worked 4 days, then had 5 days off ..and you've had 4 days off over the last 19 days..as well as nightshift mixed in there

    they've been here an an hour and a half..

    and they're asleep, in front of massively important systems that need to stay online.
