You get your air fryer yet?

Did tri tip on the grill yesterday, and tri tip on the airfryer the day before.

Always delicious either way.

 

I did a Jewish style brisket in the instant pot. 2-1/2 hrs vs 12 in the smoker.

 

Ryan was telling me how he uses his instant pot a lot; I've got one and yet I've never used it.

Always using the air fryer or the grill.

 

I want to make some seasoned potatoes in the instant pot; I remember cruiserguy posting his fixin's out of his.

 

I love using the crock pot for roasts, even just 4 hrs makes them tender enough to cut with a fork. Going for a low heat 8 hour cook time today

 

I just toss small golden potatoes in with the tri tip and they come out super soft in the end

 

It's a great addition and I should use it more. I didn't have enough charcoal for the smoker but I still wanted to make the brisket.
