Anyone out there have this set up and it works?

I have the factory tri-fold tonneau cover & factory rubber bed mat. It looks like the vertical posts on aftermarket bed extenders sit in the slots of the bed. If there’s a rubber bed mat covering those slots and a tonneau cover installed will a bed extender fit with the cover closed?

Did you get the hardware that somehow adjusts the bed extender for clearance with the rails?

I too have the factory tonneau cover, OEM bed mat, and OEM bed extender install and they all work great together! I bought the extender kit from the dealer and installed it myself using the drill template provided for the bracket placement. To be honest, I never even considered if I needed to be thinking about the bed mat being there. Like I said, works just fine for me.

I bought the extender first then the oem tonneau. So just go by the spec that the oem extender wants you to mount it with the enclosed template and you are golden.
