    Afternoon stockers! :hattip:

Just got back home a little while ago. Had to do some shopping and finally got a hair cut. Went a little different this time so I had to pick up some actual hair care products

With a little help from my friend who was letting me borrow his shop space, it made it in today! We even got it fired up and running (minus the header...) as a proof of concept. Still have some things to button up, brakes to redo, plastic shrouds to put back on (maybe) and change all the fluids. 0C3B7072-AE77-49EE-B58B-F13BB4FC6F69.jpg

Well, that's only one half of the garage. What you can't see is the half behind the car where we swapped all the stuff between the two engines. I think a bomb inside a tornado would be the best description.
That was the "go box" until a bigger one was purchased. There are three separate full size tool boxes in that garage from my friends days as a mechanic 20 years ago.

Aiight, guess I'll let you borrow my tags to get the Talon home. Since the speedo doesn't work 2500 rpms in 5th is 55, 3500 is about 67-70ish

For the upcoming days, upper 70's to low 80's. Not sure about the humidity.

That's too much like work. Throw some pomade on there, ruffle it up, and I'm good.

Thank you! For it being a bit rusty and me never having dropped/swapped a fwd engine... I thought two and a half days was pretty darn good.
