Hey guys, Looking to pay someone to help/teach me some wiring stuff. There's 3 things I want to do.
    1. Run a charge cable behind the dash for when I am done with DMM install.(Found a thread on which fuse to use, Would need some help figuring out which type of fuse these trucks use as well as the piece to go from fuse box to this https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00I3P6QQG)
    2. Swap a voltmeter for the cig lighter. (There's so many of these I don't know what makes one so much different from another)

Those are the "easy" parts. Or so I think. My knowledge is very limited but I'm trying to learn.

    3. Running a small amp for the speakers I plan on replacing. I did find a guy on TW selling both doors, tweeters, and a small amp that can be kept behind the dash. His setup as far as reviews go seemed decent. If any of you are audio geeks feel free to chime in on door speakers, tweeters and an amp.
Here is what he has listed for 350
    Includes the following:
    -JBL Club 9630 6x9 (pair)
    -JBL GX602 6.5 (pair)
    -Subaru Genuine Tweeters
-Alpine KTP-445U 4 Channel Power Amplifier
-Speaker wiring harnesses for stock connectors (x4)
-Door adapter speaker plates (2 front, 2 rear)

I don't know if for new I could find any combination of pieces that would perform better near this price but open to suggestions.
Also unsure what combination of doors and tweeters would be getting the amp, but I know the rear doors would get amp 100%. Again, limited knowledge so anyone feel free to chime in with suggestions on components/what to run the amp to as well as if I am forgetting something. If you are willing to help me just let me know and I'll shoot you a PM and we can talk abt payment. I can go back and do sound deadening later, that will just be time consuming.

R U the gentleman who purchased my Mazda parts? It’s still being turned in Scottsdale and not drivable yet!

Does Stereo installs? I can use help too!
Because I have mounted everything just need to know what wires run where, then connect.
Component speakers in the door/s powder by a small amp, a small self powered sub mounted in the rear and keeping the OEM head unit.

I'm thinking about mixing things up a bit and in search of a shell for a 05-15 5' bed in dark grey. If anyone has a line on one let me know please.

I have one I may part with in July but it’s not grey. It was recently painted to Pyrite Mica.

Thanks but I definitely want one already matching my paint. If you don't mind me asking though, what brand did you go with and are you happy with the quality?

Its gunna be next to impossible to find one used that color matched just as a heads up. I ordered mine new and had to wait 3 months for it. There's a big demand for everything like that lately

My funds settled late on webull but I want in on STZ. Very tempting. I know it’s not a great time but JUL 9 235@ 2.5 may be worth putting a bid in.

Unsure if this has been mentioned but whats the cost to take it to a shop and have them paint match it?

Hmm.. this is not encouraging. If it's just a matter of getting a good weld I could find any number of places- but there seems to be a bit of experience needed to get these things right.

It's one of the most common colors on one of the most common trucks every made. I've seen them before. I'm just trying to gauge how bad I want to make this change. I'd honestly rather pay the $3k for a new one with the options I want than deal with the headache of getting one paint matched.

If you're gonna spend that kinda money you might look past the fiberglass stuff to something like an RSI or RLD- automotive steel with all the bells and whistles (light weight, gullwing doors, positive air vent to push the dust out, much higher static and dynamic loads than fiberglass, ) and black looks good on any color- I've got the RSI and love it, I'm done with fiber glass shells forever.

Thanks for the referral- a ways from me but closer than Englewood Colorado

I have a RSI on order and will be selling my Softopper soon. @acupunk where about in AZ are you? I’d love to check out your RSI if you’re not too far from Phoenix.
