I can see your point regarding price (I think Jackery is overpriced for what it is). However, the two serve different applications. Also, the odyssey only has about 33 USABLE Ah to the Jackery’s 66Ah (80%). All that said, Ecoflow has a better deal on their River Pro right now.

Nice! I was looking at that one too. I'll try it out if this doesn't work out.

Yes I agree the Jackery is priced high but right now it’s not bad pricing. What’s making me consider it is I have two vehicles a Tacoma and 4Runner so just being able to swap between the two sounds cool for my 75DZ fridge. Plus some extra power. When out camping.

If you're looking at portable battery, lithium phosphate is the way to go in my opinion over lithium. Jackery and river pro both use lithium which have a life cycle of only about 500 recharges compared to 4x that with lithium phosphate.

One pro tho Is lithium will charge quicker.

About the way to go in the battery world right now. Gets ya almost 2K cycles, 10 year battery life. Bluetti has lithium phosphate which is why it's more "power per watt". But you're also getting way longer of a battery life until you lose the top 20% power out of it.

Honestly, if I can purchase a simple setup and it last me a few years, I’d be happy with it. There’s always new setups coming out so it would just give reasons to try something new. :notsure:

Nice! Where at? I bought the same tire in a different size a few months ago. I’m happy with it.

Thanks for the heads up. I'm getting them for a backup emergency set but if it ends up looking like cheap and thin garbage, I'll toss em in the recycle bin.

Well I mean power is power. Amperage, voltage, etc isn't going anywhere. Price per watt may decrease some and solar will get better but as far as if I'm buying the same identical thing at nearly the same cost, why even bother with going with something that will last not as long? Would you buy a $90 car battery that would last for 2 years or a $95 one that would last you for 10? Whatever floats your boat though.

Yea I hear ya. Not a argument, just different ways of looking at it. I’m a electrician by trade so I get it but just looking at different ways for more power. Weight, storage, requirements etc.

If you want something to charge a lot faster then lithium would be the way to go id suppose. Be like buying a phone every few years because the battery starts to get weaker. But if i were going that way, then rock river has the way better option over jackery.

    Negative, G015s. The MT G003 I saw are what you're quoting, ~$216/ea.
