Thanks. I will need a pair of heavy duty gloves to extract them, as I am not very dexterous. I have had those pin like needles in me before and they don't come out. I am surprised a deer or other local critter never came for them.

I was thinking of utilizing my time by packing the camper so that I can GTFO right at 5pm tomorrow
Also, its garbage day so I got my salmon packaged up and in the freezer. Figured it would be wise to get rid of hte stinky fishy stuff and not let it sit on the curb for a week in the heat

Take the salmon packaging with you and when you get to the camp ground and someone runs the putt putt generator all night return the favor by discretely leaving the wrapper for them (and the friendly bears)

Just think about the average stupidity of people and then realize half of those are dumber than that!

That would be a huge stash, LOL. 36 years ago, in between degrees, I worked for a summer at the Miami Int'l airport for an international cargo company with routes exclusively to Latin America (the owner was a Cuban American). We shipped all kinds of unusual things. When the boxes of flowers from South America came in, so did DEA.

Now that the sun has just passed its apex, the flowers have bloomed for the most part. My blueberries are starting to ripen and my European currants are almost ready for the picking.
