Hi all, I just purchased my first Toyota (2021 Tacoma SR5) in April and I'm experiencing something weird. Around 40-50 mph, I am feeling a shudder even when maintaining speeds. Dealership told me it was a computer issue but that Toyota has only done a software update to the 2019's. Nothing for the 2021's. Any idea what this could be? How will I know if they do have a software update, will Toyota reach out or do I have to keep checking with them. I can go slower than 40 mph but then you have the tailgaters. If I go higher than 50, I'm either speeding or trying to maintain speed. Seems to eat a lot of gas too. Any thoughts?

Take it back and complain until it's fixed. Dealer is trying to avoid doing warranty work.
    STAY ON THEM

Welcome to TW. I also just bought my new Tacoma June 11th. If it was to do the jig, it would be back on their doorstep. We pay a lot of hard earned money for our rides. We require attention sometimes after the purchase. Not real sure about their excuse...Maybe 2nd opinion is needed??
