    Random question, but for those of you running OME greasable shackles, what grease are you using? Super Lube?

    10-15 years depending on how well they keep the car clean, if they run it out of gas. ETC.

    @CS_AR & @Kwikvette

    Got some fresh new headlights for the old land cruiser. Went for the European models for better light output.

    I was pleased to find out the front is made of real glass too, always nice to avoid yellowing plastic if possible.

    I got a bunch of calls and texts right after I passed the asvab (spelling?), figured I’d get out on a no go list at some point

    That won't happen till you age out haha, taking the ASVAB was your first mistake. Don't ever make the second mistake by acknowledging the recruiting officer in any way. They're sharks and will border on harassment if they sense any weakness they can latch onto to get you to sign up.

    I told them I was asthmatic back in high school and they avoid me like the plague ever since. Jokes on them, I would have enlisted if I didnt tend to stop breathing during hard exercise.

    Huh, I guess if they sense a real weakness then maybe they will go away. Maybe shark wasn't the best comparative animal. How bout Bears, they leave stuff that plays dead alone. I went through the whole ordeal once, talked with the recruiting officer about the reserves actually. Decided it wasn't for me after the presentation, and I couldn't get him to leave me alone for like 3 months.

    HF flare wrenches are no better than a regular open ended wrench, they're loose and when pulled on spread out more
