The audience gave me a free beer during that, so I consider the send a success...even though Nick didn't make it up the hill...

I plan to get winch but I have to get bumper someday first. I like winch better than the traction boards.

I remember last year, someone used my traction boards under my truck but it didn't work...

Ryan pulled me out with his winch. I remember the trail is very deep in some areas. I mean deep mud.

Someone (I forgot his name) said go up the hill, I looked up and I cleared my throat and said, "go up there?"

I was so nervous about it. I made up the hill. It was fun. It was bouncy while I went up hill.

First try I didn't make it, I was told to floor it in 2nd try. So I did. I noticed you were at top the hill looking down at me.

    Remember that?

I was the spotter at the top for him! I saw those front tires turning under power lol

It's in Brent's video of me hollerin "driver, passenger, driver, driver, passenger, driver, passenger, passenger, ahh just drive it!"
Note that I did make it up on 33" KM2s though without issue, it was a completely different trail in 2019 and 2020. Be different again I'm sure this year.

Some situations the boards are enough, and easier to get out and put away than a winch, too. I've noticed street tires don't grab on the boards nearly as well as AT or MT tires.
I have no idea at what time or day, and who's winch was connected to you. There was a lot of winching Thursday or Friday night down in that swampy creek bottom.

I think I remember the hill you're talking about. I was at the top for nearly everyone, spotting and giving throttle suggestions. Got everyone up it too.
Wait...that may have been a different hill. Not sure, they're all the same if they aren't attached to a trail number.

Remember we ended up in wrong trail that we needed to turn around. The spotter told me to back up and turn then he pointed the hill through the trees. . That I didn't make it on first try. I made it on second try. The last hill before we went to campground for the night. I went home that night.

Holy shit that was annoying. We’d all cheer when it shut off, then here he came with more gas :censored:

Also, I’ll probably get there late Friday afternoon/evening. And leave Saturday evening. Still have to see how the wife feels about it.

Yeah, that's the swampy creek bottom I mentioned. But I was the last one out of there since I was the first in it.
    Don't remember your situation, sorry.

So you will have a person with you this time who can run the radio to relay messages to you, correct?
Lack of easy communication when in a technical trail section is a liability to yourself, your vehicle, and the rest of the group.
