I asked my neighbor who does concrete if he'd do it as a side job or if his company would want to quote it and he told me the same thing

 

Dude, In n Out workers have been starting at $17.50 or so since 2 years ago lol

This girl that worked in payroll here worked at In n Out on the side on the late shift, and worked here during the mornings. Saved a good chunk in 2 years and quit, bought a condo, and landed a job with the county.

They've offered benefits to their employees for a long time too, you can definitely tell the difference going to In N Out vs any other fast food joint...better vibes and happier employees, better food...you don't hear about people getting shot over missing ketchup packets at In N Out lol.

Got a living situation finally. It’s just my old house I moved out of in April. Splitting rent 75/25 with a college student that has no interest in the two car garage.

I’m paying roughly $900-$1000 a month which is what I would’ve been paying at a high end apartment or a house without a garage. Best case scenario the other person gets a full time job and we agree on a different rent split after this 6 month lease. Rental/housing market is broken.
