Oh that is good to know! We'll definitely be checking out and critiquing the Mexican food out there! lol

Haha, I was born in NYC in a blizzard, moved to San Diego in 2013 cuz that is where my wife is from, and loved the change for a while... Love the geography of California but we've had enough of it TBH, and you could not PAY us to go back to NY. Ready to move on and we think we will fit in perfectly in TN ;). Was actually disappointed to learn that Nashville only gets like 6" of snow a year lol..But then again, the little snow you do get sounds like just enough to enjoy and not have to dig out of..

Lots of stuff shuts down when we get snow.

Yeah. I can get a 2020 or 2021 WRX for about the same price and the SatIs are about the same price as some Tundras. Luckily I have access to another vehicle, so I though about getting out of the taco now and waiting 6 months or so( maybe even closer to a year) and seeing if prices on vehicles goes down.
Yeah. A lot of people don’t know how to drive in snow.

Do folks typically air down when it snows or there are icy conditions? I have a deflator and viair400p I got for desert trails, hoping I can put it some use still...I still have the stock tires...:anonymous:

I don’t know anyone who does. We lucky as fuck if we get 6” at once. Some winters we get more, sometimes all we get is 1/2”.

Even playing around in 1 to 2 foot snow drifts in WNY I haven’t aired down. Keep it at about 30 to 40MPh and blast thru them.

Definitely gonna try airing down in the winter conditions because why not!?

BTW, we are leaving California in the dust...

We mostly get a layer of ice before the snow, so I doubt airing down will do any good. Also, any snow we get will melt and refreeze into black ice overnight.

90% of the time this is true! Rain usually turning to snow.

but yeah, the other guys are right, mostly ice. Memphis is a shitshow on a normal day, so snow/ice/sleet makes it a total, complete, utterly ridiculous cu-lus-ter fuuuccckkk.

this year we got way more snow than normal, i think a record amount since the 80's.

We're gonna pass through Memphis on our road/move trip to the "boro". It'll be our one time experience in Memphis because we don't expect to venture out in that direction again...

This was lunch. Unfortunately they use shoestring fries instead of crinkle, but they're good.

Come to an event and wheel with us, you'll find a need for that compressor and a lot more parts.

I hate this so much. I keep telling myself that I'll be done in time to enjoy fall. By the way, Jen and I just bought 7 acres near the lake, and I'm going to build the most epic shop.
