If you received them before January of 2020, you should be fine. It isn't a "registry" per description, but it certainly appears to be in practice. Also, since the guns are very old, I assume they were given to you before then.

So this happened. Just made it into the driveway. Not sure how it happened. I haven't touched lug nuts in a month.

RIP lugs, holy shit. Did you use a torque wrench or just impact them on there?

That's a horrible idea. What time?
Thank God it was the driveway and not at speed on the road.

This happened today to me. Not as exciting as a wheel coming off, but still. Truck was making some fun noises.

Yeah. I had stopped earlier, but checked the wrong side. Thought it was a CV joint so just hoped I made it home.

The idler pulley next to the power steering pump, number 2. It’s proper fucked. Shredded my serpentine belt too.

that’s surprising. Has a tire shop touched it recently?

To be fair, it’s been making noise for a couple of months now. It just got exponentially worse today.

Ive had the parts sitting for months. Im just starting to get ready for my 4k mile road trip.

The last thing that im slightly worried about are my axles. I have 2 spares that Im bringing, and Im planning on stopping at CVJ for the core swap, but I hope the ones that are installed can make it.

I’m sure it’ll be fine. I had a bad axle for god knows how long and I didn’t even realize it until the next time I went into 4wd. Then it would click loud af going around turns. I just mean there’s a grace period generally. It’s not just going to grenade on you unless you’re really in some shit.

I'm not sure I had anything to do with this. The wife is suspicious.
