San Diego: Does anyone make/have steel rear bumpers?

I Have a 2004 and was looking at getting this one by 4x innovations:

I like the plate style with integrated hitch and was wondering if there was anything local that would cost me less than 650 plus shipping.

We can... but we haven't made one yet so it would take a bit longer but it can be done... are you in SD?

Also, I don't see them on your site, so I figured I'd ask here.
Do you make/have sliders with kick-out (slightly angled up) for 2004 extended cab? (80 inch I believe...) If so, what price point are we looking for at for bare weld-ons?

I’m in vista, my buddy made me this custom swing out with the option to remove the swingout for under 1000 bucks. His shop is here locally and does amazing work
