    Agreed, I’m 6’4” and ride with the seat fully back. I tend to sit a bit vertical and lost only a wee bit of visibility.

    B pillar is the rear seat? I actually had some interest in that for my kids. If it’s a complete set of parts and the right color, I could buy it from you. Hit me via DM?

    Ah, I got confused reading this while juggling kids. My bad, you have the one I don’t want and someone else already wants it. Good luck and post up if you get a B handle so I can see how it looks.

    On a double cab, the B pillar is between the front and rear doors. My understanding is that KTJO 4x4 announced the development for a grab handle for that location, but it's not available yet, and may never be available (classic "vaporware"). If someone optimistically ordered one, she may have sent out a driver's side A pillar handle by mistake, or just to mollify the purchaser. Who knows?
