That's just an indication that I shouldn't be near a map. GPS with a compass is still not a guarantee for me.

Is anyone having issues with the dome light getting stuck on red? Mine often won’t change off of red until I’ve restarted the truck.

I got my dual color dome installed. Love it, but it is a totally different color temp then my basic LED maps lights. I, too, am waiting for the dual color map lights to complete the look. (Though I admit I somewhat prefer the color temp from the LED replacements the dealer tossed in, but the MESO one is much brighter and the red is just too useful to me. Totally worth swapping)

Several people have noted this and Stew is aware and working on it. Try switching it with the engine running - Stew asked me to try it and the switch works perfectly when the engine is running. It takes multiple pushes to work when in ACC or if the engine is off. I know at least one other person who had the same results.

Okay so far it looks like mines working as you described except once it’s stuck on red (in ACC) I haven’t been able to get it to switch back to white but I haven’t pushed it a ton of times yet either.

I hope this doesn't delay the dual maps as I would assume it would use similar if not the same parts for the switch??

    Hey guys,
Quick update. I've had some messages about the DUAL COLOR domes not switching(or intermittent). It seems hit or miss depending on the truck, but I have isolated it down to a voltage tolerance. Some vehicles are putting out the proper voltage at the dome, while some are a little low(right on the threshold) preventing a consistent switching. A simple way to confirm is to START the truck and check the again while it's running.
Either way, if you are affected I will get this addressed ASAP. Please submit a ticket HERE with your order number and I can get a revised version out!

I try. Sometimes things are outside my control. This is the 2nd batch of domes, so the design is proven. But...stuff happens, all that matters is we get it working in the end:D
