    Gorilla makes both regular lugs as well as locks, and they are quite popular here. I've had their locks on my current wheels for a few years now and just ordered lugs from them for my winter steel wheels. You can find them on wheelers offroad as well as numerous other sites.

    You just need to make sure they have a flat face where they meet the wheel surface as opposed to the angled "acorn" style you would need for steel wheels.

    Look at McGard Spline Drive. They are a little more expensive but will not chip or rust.
    The wheels he linked takes an acorn seat, which IS the kind you use for steel wheels also. The seller likely meant that he needs different nuts than the ones for the Toyota OEM alloy wheels.
