Front suspension design works, I just have to finish gusseting all the things.

Based on actual track width I'll cut and weld my ford9" rear axle and get a dif.

Today was like that Pirates of the Caribbean scene where the guy keeps saying More Steam. A breeze would kick up to where it was only causing a lathering of sweat, then I was graced with a 10min rain, which cooled things for about 20 mins, but then the steam genny went full seersucker. Hell of a day for fencing and digging up a stump.

    Stuff. Things.
I’m gonna start this off with @HomerTaco dont be mad. But that tail light… hahaha. Ugh.

First off. I’m glad I have a steel bumper. Second. Thanks to the poor fire board guy that took my somewhat frantic phone call. A good day turned into a day making sure my heart was tip top, adrenaline kicked into over drive as I was rear ended, spoke with the lady to ensure she was ok and get her out of the road way. It escalated when she tried to pull away and leave the scene and I jumped in the truck to block her path. Come to find out she had no license or insurance and it wasn’t even her car. She tries to bribe me with $100 and then gets her friend to come down and push me towards $100.00 to let her leave. Just as it was about to get ugly Pd showed up. Thankfully, I’m not badly banged up, just have some “really bad whiplash”. She never hit the breaks in a 35mph zone (so who really knows) but it was enough to push me over the white line. Insurance was closed so they’re getting called ASAP tomorrow.

Gonna need a new tail light and probably new cable for the cb. Not sure if the bumpers fubar’d or just scuffed. Made it home and the adrenaline wore off. Started getting nauseous which is my trigger mentally to know I’m in pain. So mom drove me over to the er to get Checked out.

Sorry to hear this. Glad your Mom took you to get checked out. Glad you were able to block the scum bag from leaving. Hope you recover quickly and don't have too much of a hassle with the insurance company.

Gonna feel that in the morning.

It sucks but look at where the rear leaf attaches, these frames tend to bend right there in a hard rear end impact.

Hope you're feeling ok and glad it wasn't worse. Also good for the quick thinking of stopping them from leaving

Good morning PA TW. Looks like we're in for a hot stretch of weather this week. Love my job and being outside but when these hazy, hot ,humid days roll in sure makes a little tough to enjoy. Anyhow everyone have a great day and be safe

    Happy Friday y'all.

Might break out the kayak tomorrow, supposed to be hot and not stormy. Of course I might just mow and vegetate in the AC and play video games all day, we'll see what sort of motivation I wake up with.
