Took it to the stealership for a coolant flush. For only 200 bucks it seemed to be a pretty good deal.
I was shocked to see how empty the lot was. According to the salesperson I was talking with they only had 11 new vehicles on the whole lot. And those were all Camrys and Corrolas.

Almost 2 years of owning it and I have never seen it with the camper off. In a simple term, I’m so turned on.

As a terrible electronics person, I found the instructions barely adequate and could use some updating, and the kit ok, but could also use some adjustments. Only had to pull the stereo out twice, which is what I get for not checking it before I reinstalled everything

Same, learn as you go. Im not what you would call an electrician but when it comes to this truck I some how find ways NOT to burn it down lol

Two times isn't bad! I didn't use the anytime kit, I went rogue. My current headunit made is super simple once I got through the firewall. I only had to reach out to a buddy for advice once.

The biggest pain in the ass IMO is changing out those lower switches.. good god that is a lame process.

I removed all the dash panels and it wasn't a problem? Just reached down and popped it out. I drilled a new hole in the firewall for my other switches, plenty of room. Getting the head unit back in though? Holllly balls, too many wires in the way. New head unit is on my short list of upgrades. Along with an amp and wiring speakers for the back. Access cabs got the short end of the stick on speakers

Had pouring rain here in FL for about 3 days straight, hard monsoon rain for 6 hours straight on Friday. Went out for a drive and found my back seat soaked from headrest to carpet. Took everything apart to find where it came from and ended up being 3rd brake light leaking directly onto the headliner and then to the C pillars and anywhere else in between. While in the process of taking the headliner down to find the leak I figured I'd throw my spare sound deadening up there to see if it does anything. I did all of the roof just didn't take a pic all said and done. Used black sealant around edge of 3rd brake light, didn't get a pic of that either since my cap is blocking it anyways.

Right on, I need to start a new hole with a new gasket. The current one is maxed out.

Oh you mean these top of the line access cab rear speakers!?

I was so mad when I went to replace my rear speakers in the door and realized there was nothing there and no wiring. What a fuckin kick in the ass Toyota did to us.

Also, I had to make a tool to fit to drill out the firewall. Welded a stepup bit to a long length of tube steel and used one of these:

With my aux fuse panel, getting a zip tie on it is a challenge.
