Yeah, I haven't had ADS do a revalve yet. Probably won't until it's time to rebuild them. Rear coils make things a little different from rear leaf springs too. The HD springs I have in the rear do a much better job than the overloaded stock springs I had before, even without the sway bar.

What's funny is, I have the correct sized bits but never bothered to buy a stronger drill to run the long bolts and sleeves.

If you're going to run a winch, do it.

    If not, don't bother.

I had planned on a winch but not for some time which is why I still have those bolts, sleeves, etc. new in package in case you mess up and need a second set.

I'd leave the sway bar on a coil sprung solid axle especially if you have sway bar swingers like Toyota usually do... Then it really isn't restricting travel much if at all

Front sway bar is long gone. Rear sway bar was a huge limiter of rear axle travel offroad. Hence looking at installing the Antirock setup in at least the rear.

Did your rear not have the swinging rear mounts? Maybe they stopped doing it, but on my LC the rear bar mounts to the frame on a balljoint so it can control oscillating motion without restricting droop or compression.

    Longer links wouldn't help?

I only have my rear on due to my panhard bar angle, but consider running 2G4R links as they're longer than my current ones.

Nope, no swinging mounts. Solid mounted just like the front.

Even with longer end links, I wouldn't get the full travel that I get now. Longer links only allow you to keep the ends of the bar closer to parallel to the ground and don't promote travel. It's fine without them. Like @Speedytech7 with his first gen, I probably need to have the shocks revalved some for the truck to improve things any further.

Without the rear bar. Couldn't even get close to that travel with the rear bar on there, even with longer links.

Yeah, I know for sure droop is limited on mine cause of the bar.

Probably easier if you took the battery and air box out, but I don’t have that time to waste

They made the leaf pack slightly thicker, but more importantly they increased the thickness of the pads between the leaves in an attempt to counteract the squeaking complaints

Thank you for the part numbers!

I ordered the entire kit from HeadStrong cause I didn't wanna piece it together.. figured they knew what was up better than I however their sales person just ordered the bushings for the greasable shackles they knew from memory based off the old kit I figure
