op just keep the truck dude, u already spent so much money on it and now you wanna sell it over some little issue that honestly you dont need but if you really want its not that much money, you would definitely save alot by just buying an AAL than take a hit from selling the truck. dealers piss everybody off but if your not happy with yours just find another, nothings wrong with the truck, its a great truck and thers no reason to sell it because your going to a shitty dealership

If you have just recently bought take your concerns to the sales side of the dealership either to the salesman or the sales managaer that you bought from. I know thats if a customer of mine came into my dealership and had a concern like yours I would act more quickly than the service department because I make commision and rely on repeat customers.

What you have to remember is that these guys work in the "service" industry so they probably already hate life already. Like everyone else said take it somewhere else.

That's the beauty of America... you have a choice.

RC says it best..wise words. even if you took your own money and did the work yourself, it is cheaper than the $$ you lose selling your truck now. especially if you TRADED it for a chevy. everyone would be bending you over and doing a financial ass raping to you. dont do it, calm down and check the math.

"op just keep the truck dude, u already spent so much money on it and now you wanna sell it over some little issue that honestly you dont need but if you really want its not that much money, you would definitely save alot by just buying an AAL than take a hit from selling the truck. dealers piss everybody off but if your not happy with yours just find another, nothings wrong with the truck, its a great truck and thers no reason to sell it because your going to a shitty dealership "

You would take your new truck to a shop and pay for it rather than have free warranty work done

Ban me.....who cares. Just stating my opinion as you all have.

You like that rcfreak201? You Oswego's bitch? Maybe later tonight you can tickle Oswego's nut sack after you wipe his man juice from your forehead. All before you clean his kitchen of course. Let me check.....Yup just what I thought....from Cali.

The dealer tech is somewhat correct in saying that the TSB springs won't help the ride. Unloaded it would make it worse. I wasn't aware that they even checked for marks on the frame for the bumpstops but if they do and you haven't loaded it to that point why would they do it? It's a TSB not a recall. Trying another dealer certainly wouldn't hurt. I can understand being upset with the dealer. But to trade the truck because one dealer upset you isn't a very level-headed decision.

My 2010 has been to the dealer 3 times, twice for the free oil changes and 1 time for the rear spring TSB. I've never had a problem with the truck, if I had a problem with the service I was receiving I'd head across town to a different dealer. I really think it's kind of extreme to dump a brand new truck because 1 dealer is an asshole but good luck with whatever you choose to do.

Wow, just bought and now angry because a dealership refused the TSB even though you probably have not even put a payload to confirm that you really even need the TSB springs. Why take a trade in hit when it's cheaper to just put in an AAL for about $100?

or even better, go to home depot, buy about 4-500lbs worth of concrete bags, drive around for a few miles, return said bags to home-depot, return to dealer..show bump stop marks...problem solved
