Not the before and after I was expecting today but once I had the ARB brackets on...I had a thought I should've had earlier, that I'm having AC work done soon and this might be annoying for the shop with the new bumper. They have to remove the grill and work in these areas so I called my shop. Bumper's on hold until AC fixed, better than having them possibly futz with removing the ARB versus removing the stocker.
At least round two I'll know where everything goes and I won't have to be bothered by ARBs sad manual.

I had my AC compressor replaced a month or so ago, they didn't remove my AP bumper but it also doesn't have hoops like the ARB. I guess they were able to work around it

Yeah that one vertical bar on the ARB is right over it basically. Just figured to avoid any potential headaches best to do it after. No biggie, just was trying to get it done before heading outta town. Instead I'm going to get the AC done so that'll be nice.

Yeah I put off getting my AC fixed for basically the 5 years I've had my truck, though it did work at least somewhat up until about 6 months ago when it quit entirely.

I'm glad I finally got it fixed right before this summer however, this one's shaping up to be a broiler

Yeah its been brutal out there I know. Mine's been out for 2 years and I'm just finally over it. Got outta the truck the other week and went into a restaurant and had a diagonal sweat mark across the entire front of my shirt haha.

Hopefully your bill is less than mine was lol. That stung a little but every time I get in my truck now after work and it's 100+ degrees out, turn on the AC and it's blowing cold within a minute....totally worth it.

even before mine quit entirely it was basically useless if the temp outside was 90 or higher.

I'd be surprised to hear of a company that would be willing to wait an extended period of time for an intern to start, they usually want someone right away. Even for regular non-intern jobs that's usually how it goes.

I think mine was a result of the truck's low mileage when I got it. I don't know if it's true but I've heard that AC systems work better when used regularly and with 24k miles on the truck in 2016, I'm sure the AC sat unused for long periods of time. It didn't work that well from the day I bought it.

Hell the corolla had 700k before the a/c clutch died. It had never been charged till that point. Threw a new clutch on it. Recharged it. It kept going. Even after the accident that bent the lines, the a/c still blew ice cold

    regular use does indeed help
