Thanks! It’s held up for at least 5 years now. I actually cheated and used plasti-dip as a primer, because I didn’t wanna screw around with the chrome and have the paint chip/peel quickly.

Check to see if any O’Reilly shop near you can do custom aerosols of paint for you. That’s actually what I used on the bumper because it was cheaper for more paint, then finished it with Dupli-color clear coat. I used Dupli-color “perfect match” on the grille, but for my color they quit selling it by the time I got around to the bumper.

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!

Okay guys serious question would y'all recommend JBA UCA or SPC? I'm still stock and I did notice on the trail the ride upfront was a little harsh might be because also I dont have enough weight yet for my spring load

    Yes
If you need the adjustability, SPC, if not I’d go with JBA.

SPC makes a phenomenal product, but their ball joints aren’t built to take a beating. I’ve gone through 2 sets of UBJ’s in the last 2 years. They warrantied them though so they stand behind their product, assuming you have proof of purchase.

    Same crap everyone else got
If you go JBA, wait until September to buy them. That's when they are supposed to have a new source for their boots. Current boots will start cracking after only a few months. JBA is aware of this and has a warranty on them and will send you new ones when they get their new source sorted out which is supposed to be September now.

Does anyone have a transmission shop they’d recommend? I think dropping a trans at home is beyond my skill set, at least without a post lift.
