Yeah that's a drop bracket kit. I don't know how the install goes with that one in particular but it usually involves cutting out the stock crossmember and installing the one that comes with the kit, which helps to retain stock height on your front drivetrain while lifting the rest. That way you don't end up with crazy CV axle and driveshaft angles that would otherwise harm those things. Which is a good thing.

The downside to drop bracket lifts is that you don't gain any actual clearance with the front drivetrain because it's staying in the stock location. So they aren't ideal for offroading. Also they are difficult to reverse since they original cross member was removed.

Too many trucks and mods to list.. check builds
It can be done though. Through ghetto fabbing a repair, replacing the cross member, or replacing the frame

OP, I recommend asking the person you bought the truck from. You should have asked before buying the truck, but it still might be worth it now.

Looks similar to the 3'' lift a buddy did to his trd or. He had a poor experience with it....lots of unwanted vibration and power loss with the larger heavier mud tires. He removed this spring and sold the kit on craigslist a few weeks later to some unsuspecting sucker.
