This is exactly what I've been looking for. Are you able to retract the softopper with the bars still in place?

I put a piece of heat shrink on the aluminum stem of the ball-mount to complete the "blackout"

Also, if any of you guys have an FJ40 series, believe it or not, the Map light bulbs are the same as the 40 Series dash cluster bulbs. The LED's are a popular upgrade on those old Landcruisers. Looking at the threads on the upgrade to our new trucks I thought they looked similar. I had some extras from when I did my 40 and yep, same bulb...

Updated; to add Map Light Bulb not Dome light.

Got my bed header rail delivered today and literally took 2 minutes to install.

Ordered part PT278-35100-BH from OEMpartsource.com (35% off!). Said it only fits 2020-21 but it clearly matched the bolts on my 2017 that were already installed in the front part of the bed. Used a T27 bit and also ordered two end caps. Fits under my OEM tonneau with no issues.

Now I can throw up some bike mounts.

Ya we’re in Cali and the wife’s car never had a front plate since 2014. When we ordered it we requested for them not to drill the holes. All good so far!

It’s great. Fits pretty good over the backseat. The stitching on one of the headrests seems to be coming loose but probably because I had it a lil too tight and from me pulling the drivers side rear seat forward to grab stuff out of the cubby back there. I’ve had other brands and the same thing happens:notsure: overall, one of the nicer ones out there from the few brands I’ve had over the years:thumbsup:

    Trunk Lock.
I installed an electric tailgate lock on my 2020 TRD Sport this weekend. The only problem I had is that ordered the Toyota my accident and all of the Youtube I watched beforehand were on the Pop & Lock. SO I had to actually read the instructions.

Pretty easy to install. The only thing that surprised me was it said "remove and discard the body access grommet under the passenger seat". I didn't do that because there were wires already going through the one there and it was larger than the one that came on the new wiring. Instead, I just made the hole in the original large enough to allow the cable to go through.

    Other than it works great.

Yup, that isn't justification to shoot. Because you have the option to drive away very easily. As much as you would want to do it its not the right call

EXACTLY. The hard part is staying calm and level headed in those situations because once that trigger is pulled there is no going back. When I go my CCW they said theres a lawyer attached to every bullet that comes out of that gun.
