    Canister had been sitting in my backyard for 3 years before I moved it to my unit. I think the handle on it is metal and not plastic but I’ll check sometime this week.

    unfortunately that is legal and common depending on where you live.

    Once upon a time when I lived in the hood the shop up the street told me they didn't capture refrigerant when doing HVAC because there was no legal requirement to. Looked it up and they were right.

    If its got the little shrink wrap cover on the bottle then its still virgin. If its gone then its not worth much. Probably sell it to someone locally for something

    The last 6 months the EPA has been enforcing more strict rules now. So all that should be going away

    I'm waiting on a Discord Peeper, brings things in and up. Good wen you're sort of between frame sizes and your reach might be a bit long. (Depending on the riding you do anyway)
