I am going to lift my 2019 TRD OR DCSB. I have SCS stealth six's arriving today. (had the same wheels on my 2015 that got totaled) I am leaning towards the Bilstein 6112's in the front and 5100 in the rear with Deaver springs in the rear. I rather like the factory rake also.
    My questions are:
How much lift in the front before you need to swap upper control arms?
What other things, if any, will I need? Axle shims? anything else?
Is there still an issue with the front Differential bearing grinding with a lift on the 2019?
    anything else I should consider?
Not planning on putting bumpers on in the future.
Thanks for your advice in advance.

Planning any hard core off-roading or just trails/camping areas and want the look? I do the light stuff and went with the Eibach kit, 2" in the front, 1.5" in the rear to maintain some rake and I really like it.

    Nothing major, just light stuff.

You'll be fine with just a stage 1 kit then. Bilstein, Eibach, OME, Dobinsons, etc. which will all be fine with stock UCAs. When I had mine done I put in the ECGS bushing at the same time, some lift and never need to do this. I figured might as well do it at the same time.

2" of lift in the front will be enough to compromise your assignment. You may be able to get camber/toe in but caster will be low. If you do significant highway driving it can be a chore to constantly input steering correction to go straight. Bump steer also gets stronger with less caster. You could lift, align, drive for a bit and see how it is. Not hard to add UCAs after

Can’t go wrong with 6112’s OP. I went from 5100’s to 6112’s. Love it wouldn’t change a thing. I went with 600lb springs no plans of added front weight. Ride is great on and off road. Actually has softened out after a few months. After settle got a little under 2” no big deal. I have close to factory rake as well. Rake is good glad you are on board with that. No Bro lean when loaded
Hope this helps. Get UCA’s will help big time.
    Good luck
