My realtor didn't have a whole lot to say on what to repair, but the home inspector sure did.

I like how tall they are just concerned about the width and then rubbing on the spindle gussets

the gears are the only saving grace there. I'd be wanting something lighter, but I'm overly concerned about weight anyway.

They might run skinny in that size too, probably do. Worst case might have to run wheel spacers if they rub the spindle

ha, my home inspector told me the house wasn't wired to code because the bathroom outlet isn't GFCI. I found out just yesterday the bathroom outlet and one random outside outlet are in fact GFCI protected by a single GFCI outlet in the garage. All the rain we had tripped the GFCI due to the outdoor outlet not being sealed well enough, as far as I can tell.

As to what the random backyard outlet, bathroom outlet, and garage outlet have in common...Who ever wired this house was drunker than a skunk. The other outdoor outlets, garage outlets, and interior stuff are all on separate circuits

$500 seams like a good price for like new tires. I think I'm going to give them a try.

I ran mine once after I blew an STMaxx sidewall out...I remember it was screaming loud on the highway, but when I got home I saw that the tire shop had put 60 something PSI in it. Sounded normal at 35 psi lol.
