Yeah, I drove back up to our campsite and slept real well...the next day on the drive back the truck was so off balance I had to stop and pressure wash heaps of mud off the front, but it was so much that I had to stop again scoop out a whole lot more with my bare hand because the back was bouncing around like crazy.

Sounds similar to my experience. It took me lots of power washing and getting underneath with a puddy knife to get it out in some areas. I learned a few lessons on that one

Switch was pretty easy. Just had to figure out where to plug it in. The d-rings are actually on the product page on the bottom of this thread:thumbsup: I didn’t use any glue I just held them on both sides of the coin holder and wedged it in there. Nice and snug now

    I did too!

    1. I don't like mudding anymore.

    2. Even if the lake bed looks dry, don't trust it.

From what he said it was for overall. My main goal was to get the crawl working. Need to find somewhere to test it out again.
Have you tried yours? You may not need to mess with the update as not all trucks were affected.

Your crawl control works? Mine just kinda makes weird noises and spins the wheels...never got me out of anything.

I mean it worked on a slight incline but not properly. If the incline was too much or the truck was stuck in mud it would just try for 10 seconds then shut itself off. Hopefully the update will fix it.

Not really sure I’ve seen this yet, I did bronze side logo and tailgate inserts, what’s everyone think? Also, yes, the high noon AZ sun sucks for pics, I was eating lunch and thought 'let me snap a couple pics'

I have not. I have a spot I can try it out on with an incline and loose rocks. I will give it a try this weekend.

Part of me is thinking when I have my first service, just ask them to do the update regardless. That way if I get an OVTune I don't run the risk of them just doing it randomly at some point in the future and over-writing it.

Bro, same thing! Theres this large and steep hill that only jeeps and Tacomas climb at our local mudpit. My truck can climb it in 4Lo, but the crawl control really makes it a breeze to climb. Other than that, if you're stuck in sand or mud you might as well just be idling.

Crappy day at work today. Buried a loved one today.
