    those bulbs have two filaments. sometimes one filament will go out and the other will stay connected. One filament will always be solid and one is controlled by the blinker. The solid filament died. Replace the bulb and youre good to go!

    sure. Try replacing the bulb first ;)

    someone was selling it here on the forums (unused) for about $250 i think. I believe they go for about $350 new. The thing works great
