Installed the front bed rail on my truck, made a custom set of brackets, and mounted a pair of X-Bull recovery boards on them.

Installed garmin dash cam mini 2!

Still trying to figure out how to get that big plastic crap behind the mirror out of the video while being perfectly centered. Messed up the sticky pad mount moving it around too much :(

I stripped out two of the Torx bolts from the bed rails a couple days ago. Had some time this afternoon, so went over to Lowe's and picked up a SpeedOut Screw Extractor Set. Got both of the stripped bolts out pretty easily and replaced them with some fresh OEM bolts I picked up from my local Toyota dealer. Learned a valuable lesson in the process and will be tightening them down by hand from now on.

Got my new @DiamondBack Covers HD bed cover installed tonight. Opened the box last week to discover that one of the panels had been damaged in transit. It's a surface scratch, so nothing major, but it is a bit of an eye sore. I reached out to customer support and they are sending out a touch-up kit. Not expecting much, but that's what they wanted me to try before exploring a replacement option. In the meantime, they told me to put it on the truck and let them know what I think. It has only been on there for a couple hours, but I am loving it already.

Happy that I could enable your Tacoma addiction. It was @arthur106 that told me about them, in this thread.

It's interesting you bring this up because I have been thinking the same thing. I upgraded from my 2018 Sport to a 2021 OR and can definitely tell the power difference. This was also the case for my 2021 AG.

Haven't posted in a while but I've done a lot to the truck since April. Gonna take a few posts but I'll try to date them as I go. Photo heavy!

Mid April - Added Baja Designs Squadron Sports (Clear Driving Combo Lens) with Rago Fabrication low profile ditch brackets.
    Before:
    IMG_4410.jpg
    After:
    IMG_4412.jpg

End of April - Received my CBI Sliders (Painted), 'Overland' Skid Plates (Raw Metal), and Gas Tank Skid Plate (Raw Metal). Side note: Really wish I had this for my Arkansas trip, I damaged the stock skid plates pretty bad, gouged the plastic gas tank skid and left some good marks on my rear diff.

    64142695042__F74F04D7-8804-4ECE-87C2-C01EB29B6B02.jpg

Early May - Painted the skid plates (don't have pictures installed). Took the time to learn how to prep and paint metal. Started from gas tank skid and worked my way forward.

Continued from the last post, also photo heavy. I hope its not against the rules for double (maybe triple) posting.

Mid May - Made my own 4 tire inflation system, received my 285/70r17 Cooper Discoverer STT Pro and Method 703s

    IMG_4682.jpg
    64358672808__A93AD197-5780-422D-8FF2-4BCCB0A7B400.jpg

End of May - Got the tires mounted on the rims, still waiting on all the pieces of the lift from AccutuneOffRoad. Also hammered the pinch weld and adjusted the fender liner. Got really impatient and installed the new wheels on without my lift. Rubbed on the cab mount and a little on the front fender liner at half lock and full lock. Really like the look of the bigger tires with no lift though.

How did you mount the net on the inside above the seat? That’s a fantastic idea!

I'm sorry, but I do not. Not sure where she got it from. All I know is that it already had the sticky tape on it so it was very easy to install. If I had to guess, likely Etsy, Amazon, or e-bay.

Continuation of the my last 2 posts. Also photo heavy

Early June - Installed anytime front camera, installed 3 pairs of USB ports (6 ports, 2.1A ea.) on my DMM, driver side footwell, and the rear of the center console, laid the custom wiring harness for up to 3 radios (CB, GMRS and HAM), installed a 12v Panel in the bed (for fridge and charging portable work lights), ran my CB antenna (no mount yet) and GMRS Antenna.

Photos after installing the USB Ports. Ports at the driver footwell are hidden.

Wiring harness looks like stock, but I can easily access the 6 quick connects to install the radios.

My garmin inreach is now always charging (yes I fixed the hanging zip tie mount)

It’s actually sold from Blueridge Overland! It hooks to the “oh-shit-bar” in the front, as it gets mounted into the little clothing hooks above the back window!

Added a Pelican Cargo bx135 with the cross bed mount. Fits under a Retrax tonneau cover no problem. I’m stoked, it’s a great solution for me, will get lots of use out of it. Leaves me with 27” of bed space lol, but it can be removed in under a minute.
