    Our smallest cat “Shadow” has an injury in his rear leg. Looks to have maybe pulled a muscle. So the vet said to keep him inside for 5 weeks to let him heal up.

    this is week 3 and his leg is healing up nicely.

    We usually stick a buddy in with Shadow to play with. Today is Simba’s turn. I hung up a bigger rope so it might last a couple days. Not betting on it though.

    More condolences from me. She was a nice looking girl. I just watched on the news within the last few days, the humane society has so many dogs and cats that need homes that they're going very cheap. That was here in Nebraska but my guess it might be a nation wide overrun lol

    That was my first thought, to rescue a kitten to ease the pain & to save him or her. Not sure right now, still grieving. It's hard. Love the picture, though! Thanks buddy! :) Also like the Tortoise... :D

    I know this might be a stretch asking here. Here goes anyway. I have an unfortunate and odd position I'm put in with my sisters cat. She has been in and out of in patient mental hospitals and we are to the place where she isn't going to be home for months. I need to find a new home for her male cat. I would keep him but I don't have a space to keep separate from My cat and he is very scared and not approachable after being alone over 3 weeks.
    I have tried all the local animal shelters around York Pa and no one seems to be able to accept this poor guy not even the SPCA.
    He is kinda small and is black and white. He was before all this reasonablely friendly too.
    If anyone wants a cat or knows someone that can help me with finding a new home it would be so helpful.
