    My neighbor does that too.

Then gives it all back by throwing it over the fence.

Mine takes the time to pick up the oranges that fall over and tosses them back one by one when I'm not home. It's a little obvious when I have oranges in my vegetable garden 20' from the tree. When I see them do it I toss them directly in their pull and remind them that they are welcome to cut it to the property line. Scares them cause they didn't know Im home. POS.

reportedly the Tour intends to sue the #$*&#$ out of her if/when she's found - police also searching.

Tour de France: Police search for spectator who caused big crash after holding out sign

Police are searching for a spectator who caused a large pile-up during the opening stage of this year's Tour de France and then is believed to have left the scene.

The woman held up a cardboard sign at the roadside as a group of cyclists approached on Saturday.

She appeared to look straight at the television motorbike cameras with her back turned on the pack of riders.

German rider Tony Martin then rode into the sign, which said "Allez Opi-Omi" (Come on granddad-granny, in a mix of French and German), and he was sent tumbling.

This led to a domino effect, with a number of other riders also hitting the ground, around 47km (29 miles) from the end of the Brest-Landerneau stage.

Image: Several riders also came off their bikes in another crash about 4.6 miles from the finish line
The narrow road was almost entirely blocked by stricken riders and broken bikes.

A statement from local police said a judicial investigation is under way into the incident and the force was asking for information from members of the public.

Police rescue nude Australians who were lost in forest

    David Matthews47 mins ago

    They were naked and afraid.
A pair of naked sunbathers were rescued by police after they were scared by a deer and became lost in a forest in Australia.

New South Wales Police Commissioner Mick Fuller speaks to media during a COVID-19 update in Sydney, Monday, June 28, 2021. Two naked men were rescued by emergency services from an Australian forest after they were startled by a deer while nude sunbathing on a beach and became lost, police say. (Joel Carrett/)
The men, a 30-year-old and a 49-year-old, who had been violating the local COVID-19 restrictions, called for help about 6 p.m. Sunday after they got lost in the Royal National Park south of Sydney, police said.
“Unbelievably, we saw two men sunbaking naked on a beach on the South Coast,” Police Commissioner Mick Fuller told reporters. “They were startled by a deer, ran into the national ... park and got lost.”
The men were each fined 1,000 Australian dollars for leaving Sydney and breaking the stay-at-home order.
Fuller described the buck naked pair as “idiots.”
“Clearly putting people at risk by leaving home without a proper reason, ... then getting lost in the national park and diverting important resources away from the health operation, I think they should be embarrassed,” Fuller said.

Yep. He does that too. Literally just can’t be bothered to walk to his garden waste bin that’s 10 ft away.

This guy is one of the most annoying neighbors you could imagine. When the fence falls over and we goto HD to buy wood he always magically “forgot his wallet”.
