    Get a heavy duty caster and cut it and weld it to the center of your “Y”.
    Then it spins where you want it. I assume the lower part bolted to a rack
    Or something….

    Well my intent...was to have this thing orient the kayak in the "lean" position to slide into the kayak rack. LOL. Just too much trouble. It's easier actually to push it up there and then pull it onto the kayak rack from the middle of the truck. I'm taking all suggestions tho so thanks again. I may end up with a phucking crane...ahahahahahahaha
