And again no truck today, same bullshit of we faxed everything to the insurance and we hear nothing back. The plates are ready, but my insurance agent stated all day she has received no calls, faxes etc. sad sad sad. I asked my sales wanna be agent if he called the number I gave him etc and he said no we fax we don't call.

 

Can you take possession of the truck you wait for the insurance?

It is like no one wants to make phone calls anymore?!?!?! Example - both of my kids still get mail at home (bills, bank statements, junk) even though they have been out of the house for at least a year......CALL them to change your address!!! "I will email them". And.......the mail still comes to our house. How hard is it to take 5 minutes out of your lunch break to make a freaking phone call???

Wow! You are waiting for them to release the truck. Wtf. I’m glad I just had to show a insurance card and drove off the lot.
I just picked mine up a few weeks ago since they offered me insane money for my ‘17 with 100,000 miles. I’ll be watching your build so I can get ideas! Lol

"NO LONGER AT THIS ADDRESS" on the envelope.

Took a pic and texted it to them.
