Hi folks, looking for a lift recommendation that would accommodate tires maybe two sizes up.

    I pull a 4000lb trailer occasionally
    drive 90% pavement
need it for ground clearance only really...no wheeling or crawling
Needs to still be good on bump roads...lots of potholes here

Thanks everyone. I was leaning to bilstien 5100 and a rear block. Don't really want to get into UCA.

2-2.5 inch lift with Bilstein 6112/5160s included in the wheelers trail pro lift kit. And 255/85r16 Yokohama Geolander G003 tires.
I love my Bilstein 6112/5160s. I got the @wheelersoffroad trail pro lift kit that came with new bumps, shocks, new leaf pack, extended brake lines, and a few other things for 1500. I went with SPC uca's though. I love it

I don't understand "need it for ground clearance only really...no wheeling or crawling". What are you trying to clear? The stock truck has plenty of clearance for roads and mall parking lots.

    Good thread.
There is a common questions about lifts one as well.
Clearance is a tire size contribution.

I mean nominally sure but not really. Ground clearance under the rear axle is pretty unimportant, it’s easy to avoid high spots and the pumpkin can take a beating. A lift does provide ground clearance where it counts.

Either way I see no reason OP needs a lift.

5100s with OME coils or the Eibach kit should be fine. I run the Eibach and really like the ride quality. Both kits are pretty cheap but still quality.

For towing an AAL might be better than a block, imo.

O.P. bigger diameter tires is the best solution.

Eibach stage 1 lift is all you need.

Provides adequate lift and the ride is very similar to stock. I paired this with a 2" Wulf add-a-leaf in the rear and I have been very pleased with everything. I installed everything myself and spent just under $600.00
