I am having this same issue. Bilstien 5100 new rims and slightly larger tires. Any one come up with anything? Are your rims hubentric? Mine are and I’m wondering if they possibly have the wrong shims. I’ve been going through this issue for about 6 months and it’s driving me crazy. Two sets of tires on these rims, and they are always taking a lot of weight.

I ended up going back to stock TRDOR suspension and stock tire size on the new rims. Vibes gone.

It probably doesn't take much to screw these trucks up as far as any vibration, especially those trd ones that seem already prone to that stuff. Larger tires and a 3'' lift drove my buddy crazy with excessive vibration that he put it back to all stock this spring. It still has some slight pulsing, but nothing as before. Its much more drivable now.

I swear i posted this 3 times today on 3 diff threads. Use balance beads to balance tires, not the typical glue on weights. Then your tires will ALWAYS be balanced and it wont need to be checked ever again.

That will at least rule out the tires.

    Use the google.

I had my lift, TRD 4runner pro SEMAOEM wheels, larger tires and no vibrations, going on 3 years. I had it done at a very welknown shop in our area, also a diff drop and carrier bearing drop. People forget sometimes to check the drive angles after lifting. Don't give up, there are trained people who do this for a living and can find out the issues. Lots of time it's something simple, tires out of round or just needing a different technician. Lots of variatables. Be patient and eliminate one possible issue at a time.

TRD's are not more prone to vibes than an SR, SR5, or Limited.

Any time you mod any vehicle, you open the door to having issues. Especially when it's done without understanding properly what all is involved to make it work right. An angle finder and some math makes it pretty easy.

There are many threads here regarding vibration after 3” lifts. Yours is nowhere near that - but here are two relatively inexpensive options to research and consider:

    1) Carrier bearing shims
    2) 3* (three degree) axle shims

I fought a nasty vibration for weeks and weeks and it wasn’t until I installed these that I recovered a butter smooth drive.

Also, as others have stated, rule out any and all wheel imbalance issues.

Thats what I read too, not the lifts fault. Balance the wheels somewhere else or you have bad tires.
