    Two words:

    Grizzly Wintergreen Pouches.

Fraction of the nicotine with none of the mess. Better than that sissy bubblegum stuff. It's like quitting ... but not really.

I quit a 20+ year Copenhagen habit back in November of '06 and could still eat a can right NOW. It's not easy but can be done so don't give up. If you get tempted like I did, try some www.smokeysnuff.com There's no tobacco or nicotine in it but it gives you something to dip when you "slip". Good luck.

It's about as much as the regular and yes it does work. It gave me something to dip and carry a crutch around in my pocket. Once the nicotine is out of your system you notice that you no longer crave a dip. I finally quit completely and don't really think about it. I might still be dipping if I hadn't used it. I just liked to dip and the nicotine kept me addicted.

Yeah you'll almost always find it there. Wal-Mart carries it occasionally. You have to want to quit though. This stuff helped me to do it.
