Indeed. I would say it's the hardest ridden Satori in existence. It's built tough bike!

haha not quite. I can actually hit small jumps and drops, but anything more than like a 5 ft table top I get squirrelly on.

Has anyone ever had their bike get damaged or bang around in the bed of their truck when using the "just hang it over the tailgate" setup?

Nope. I did put a downtube protector on my bike to keep the pad from rubbing the paint.

I’m in Huntington Beach. I mostly ride around Aliso Woods, Laguna Canyon, whiting ranch (the luge), and Santiago Oaks. I usually ride alone or with my buddy that’s in Long Beach. I’m also down to explore new trails, I’ve never even heard of the places you ride, but I’m down to link up and hit some trails. I just switched over to working nights a few weeks ago so I’m still acclimating, but when do you usually ride?

No, but I also use foam insulation as another layer on top of the pad.

accurate. Gotta carve the lip to do a good whip, like it’s a hip. Whole body and bike turn in the air and you just steer the front end back straight, you can also use the handlebars and head angle to manipulate the bike in to a whip but I personally think that way is a lot slower than carving the lip

you should have some sort of protection like a tailgate pad or a piece of cardboard to protect the frame, at the very least

    This came today: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07X4C1KP9/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o08_s00?ie=UTF8

Seems solid. There is a LOT to like about it. BUT the threaded receiver pin does not protrude nearly enough to insert the clip (through the other side of my turd gen receiver). I can tighten the shit out of it and it's not going anywhere, but still, not right.

    Both our bikes fit nicely.
