    My last interview though, I had a trustworthy source that was one on the panel of interviewers, and he thought I did great.
    Bottom line is management chooses who they want even before the job is posted. My current position is not one easily filled so I'm screwed.
    I wish everyone luck in bettering themselves by finding a better job.
    Oh, and happy 4th of July weekend.
