    Good luck Nuno I know every time I got fed up enough to jump it's always worked out for the better. It can definitely be un-nerving but the challenge will be well worth it, and as the others said you got the skills to pay the bills brother!

    From what I've read here over the years, it's time to move on.
    As others have mentioned, there's a glut of opportunities out there now.
    You were raised right and I see a the "old school" Euro work ethic you have, which is lacking in much of the workplace today.
    You should have no issues jumping ship and moving forward. :thumbsup:

    I've dealt with several of those types in my career and I'm sure I've heard about the one you mention.


    Fortunately , most of those 1st and 2nd level azzwipes are retired and/or dead.

    Tom, I have 38 years in and am riding it out for another 1.5 years, package or no package.

    Most of the new breed 1st liners are punk azzes half my age.
    I laugh when they attempt to push me around. Ain't happening as I don't work for them.

    Hit tons of traffic on the way to the airport. And I didn't even go over the GW Bridge.

    Went 84, 684, 287, to the Garden State Parkway. Took me a little over two hours to get to Newark. Left here around 3:45, got down there right after 6. In-laws wanted to have dinner at a Portuguese restaurant first.

    Left the airport at 8, got home at 9:30. Came back the same way I went.

    Went down there the August before shit hit the fan with Covid in March, to go watch one of those UFC Fight Nights. The main was Lawler VS Colby.

    And today, drove by the area so we could get to the restaurant.
