Updated the Toyota Financial Services app this morning and it appears it includes the option to setup recurring payments now. It's about time; I've been scheduling one offs monthly. There are a few spots where the app is glitchy af so when you set this up, just double check a payment actually gets posted. Not crazy about colors and redesign; sort of looks like something from Sin City or 300.

Speaking of glitchy, apparently the taco has an identity crisis as a Lexus RX. Could be worse...

I have had reoccurring payments for tfs since February 2019. Set it up on the website and forgot my login.

I wonder why it took them this long to get it into the app. I have never actually logged into the website but yep, recurring payment profile creation is there.

Prior version of the app was a mirror image of the current tfs website (minus recurring payment capability). I prefer the app from convenience perspective. Maybe once they get the glitches resolved it'll be back to being quicker to go through than the website.

When I was financed through TFS I am sure you could do that on the website and maybe on the app too. They were not able to make a biweekly payment either place like I wanted. Only weekly or monthly. I had to use the credit union bill payer site to work that out. But now that I refinanced with the credit union and for a bit lower interest rate. They do biweekly payments automatically on payday and that works well for me.

Interesting. I never used the app. The website works just fine on my phone. I refinanced through my credit union because i like having everything in one spot.
