Tcase fluid done. Color was a golden lager. Now its a cream soda color (very slight gold)

Test drive, then leak check and then onto the next maintenance project

set my GFC install date for August 13 at 930am. This will be my route. So @geekhouse23 get ready.

Going to skip Mount Rushmore, of no interest to me. May stop to check out the Badlands.

    upload_2021-6-21_17-37-21.jpg

Then headed south to camp at Yellowstone, and then heading towards SLC, @Gunshot-6A .

I would like to get to TOTW trail in Moab, and then start making my way back east - passing through Denver, possibly St. Louis (@uploadadventure), Nashville, NC (@Urineovrurhead), and then back up to good old Northern VA.. Anyone else along this route want to grab drinks or dinner or camp? Total trip time is Aug 9-21.

Let me know when you’re close. We are moving just outside of St. Louis off 44. It’ll be a little hike (50 miles maybe) but we are getting 80 acres with a live creek running through it. It’ll be worth the night in the GFC.

edit. Plus it’ll be a good trial run for the site we are going to put in. I’m excited.

Damn nice. Thought about a road trip down there just to say I did it and snag a pic for the gram under the arch.

If you’re out this way let me know. Definitely can meet up and figure out a place to camp or something

I wish I was more connected with the cops here to take a pic literally under/next to the bean. Quite impossible...

Badlands were cool. Black Hills were pretty awesome too but yeah, Mt Rushmore was a little underwhelming. Jewel Cave and Wind Cave were pretty cool if you have time to take one of the tours. Custer State park has a bunch of campgrounds and are worth checking out if you are stopping for the night.
And I think I gave you my secret out of Yellowstone camping spots but if not I will.
And who knows, even if you don't catch me in town maybe we can BS over a campfire

Like I was telling you in person you need to hit up glacier national park! Worth the drive up there.

Id really like to, but I think its not going to be in my plans this trip.

Hopefully next summer I can go cross country again, and get to the places that I missed this time around.

a 4-ish... hour detour one way to East Glacier from GFC HQ. But also probably mobbed and hard to plan last minute trips. Best to plan that one out. Same with Yelly. The Parks have been super busy the last few years.

Just finished up. Very easy except the damn belt routing. Took me 4 tries. Also cleaned the MAF, and reset ecu. Test drive in a few
