it was 5 years ago today that my sister found him abandoned in her garage.

 

Thank you Rob! I love those pictures. You're convincing me to get a kitten again, to fill the void in my soul. What a beautiful cat my friend! Those eyes!

That's one hell of cat you got there. So much personality in those eyes. Love it! I think he's more handsome without carpet, though. Just kiddin'! What a cute face.

Captain Fluffy butt is having issues....
Spent 24 hours throwing up only to finally spit out a hair clog of over 3 inches. He has also been constipated dropping rock hard turds. He has been under the bed for the day, not very happy. Pulled him out this evening, and he had a piece of poop stuck to his butt. . It has fur in it as well. He really hasn't eaten in a couple of days and didn't use the litter box today.
I need a vet bill like I need my truck stolen again and another 3000 dollar colonoscopy.

4 if you have more than 4.... then you are not a pet owner, but a shelter.... that goes to about 10... then you are either a adoption agency or just a hoarder.

Dam, hope its nothing serious..

 

Lisa would hack up these huge hairballs sometimes. I'd be like, "that came out of you"! She'd be miserable prior, not eating, no litter box for a day or two. Once she hacked it up, she was totally normal again & very hungry. I would brush her daily & sometimes many times more. If I said "brush", she'd come running, lol! Something that just can't be avoided because of their "self grooming". She had very soft, long fur. I'm sure that didn't help. Just something that has to work itself out, one way or the other. As long as he's eating again, he should be okay.

 

When we had three, my wife wanted a fourth. I said ok, as long as I gotta post the crazy cat lady lives here sign on the front door. We remained a three cat house.

Squeak had that problem. There is a salmon flavor hairball paste that most pet stores carry. We'd give it to her once a week or so. That may help prevent it. The oils help lube the digestive tract and them pass.

4 is my max, if there was a 5th running around here I’d lose my mind lol

 

We have 7 of our own, and right now about 14 fosters / rescues - not sure what that makes us...

Crazy?

 

Cali our old outdoor cat that adopted us. She’s about 16 now somebody left her and another cat at the neighbors. I gave both a good home in the garage. We give her love and see she’s happy. We have 2 inside as well we adopted they were a funny story. Cali is probably the sweetest friend we have even more so than the dog.
