I replace the rear with a 1.5inch block and work out fine. No issue with tss whatsoever over 5k miles.

Got it from Amazon. Now the rear is almost 1 inch higher than the front. I only wanted 1/2 inch rake.

I’ve spent over an hour going through this thread and can’t seem to find any confirmation anywhere if I will run into any issues by getting the shocks and struts separately. The part numbers I found are PTR13-35210 and PT84K-35220.

Can anyone help me out with this concern? Just want to make sure I won’t be missing anything for the install. I already have a TRD Pro installed on my 2018 TRD OR.

I just got the shocks and struts. They are sold individually so you will have to buy 2 and 2
I finally just got my other rear and front today because they are all on back order
    PTR13-35210-RR Taco Suskit Shock Rear 1 $99.19
    PTR13-35210-FR Taco Suskit Shock Front 1 $105.38

the only thing you should get with them is new front strut top nuts the rear shocks come with them but the fronts dont for some reason.

Don't you just re-use the top nuts off the factory OEM front shock after you remove it from the truck?

you can but they are locking nuts and once you remove them it is not as proper of a locking nut anymore. If you reuse them I would just check them every so often to make sure they say tight or use some blue locktite

Unsure how you came up with this??

The TRD lift kit does not come with new nuts (hardware contents) to secure the shock assembly top plate studs to the frame plate.

Directions even indicate the procedural process that should be followed by a tech.

Remove the original three nuts to remove the factory shock and re-use them for mounting the new shock.

I am going by what I have seen for installs for other lifts. Then don't use it not my problem. I was just saying it's good to replace a $2 nut.

and I'm only providing you the directions right from Toyota. Re-use the nuts removed from the factory lift.

I re-used the three top suspension nuts from my factory removed junk when I installed my new Bilstein 6112s and Bilstein springs. No problems what so ever.

I would not waste my money on this overpriced cheap low budget lift in the first place. It is a complete profit enhancement for the dealers to make more easy money.

I'm still waiting for someone to post the actual warranty that was provided to them in writing for the factory installed TRD suspension change.

I didn't waste my money on the lift. I only bought the shocks. But continue to be a typical TW douchebag.

I'm thinking about getting this kit for my truck. Dealers have 10% off now and free shipping. Cheapest I've found it for was 1055 shipped. I already have the trd pro grille though. lol
