If I am reading that map right, it looks like you might have come close to my neck of the woods here in NW Arkansas. Enjoying following your adventure and getting possible ideas for my own some day.

BTW, I think it’s a great idea of using extra electrical power to heat up the water. We’ve had set up one of our Switchpros buttons to send alternator power back to the Redarc charge controller, so if the camper battery is less than fully charged it utilizes the power. If we had anther switch in the cab to manually turn on an electric water heater say 30 minutes prior to stopping for the night, that would be awesome. Our hot water is insulated and it keeps it warm enough for several hours

Thank you! Like many things on our truck, I didn’t think of it first. I shamelessly borrowed this from Dan Grec, of the Road Chose Me.

Thank you Conner! Dropped the truck off at the port of Baltimore a couple of days ago. Felt weird, like dropping off your first child off at college, as we have become quite attached to it over the past 11 months. I'll post up some pics soon

After 11 months, 25,000 miles, 42 national parks, and 29 states our home has left the US!

We decided to use IVSS which is a shipping broker which so far has been super easy. The truck left the port of Baltimore and will arrive in Liverpool, England in two weeks.

Entry into the port is quite restricted and required a escort.

The arrival of our truck caused caused quite a stir among the longshoreman seen here in the orange shirt. Normally, this area sees 5 to 10 year old vehicles being shipped to third world ports such as Lagos, Nigeria or Beirut, Lebanon for resale. One of the longshoreman was quite friendly, showing us his fist-full of coins that he finds rummaging through the cars. He tells me that only things on the manifest can be shipped all other material must stay back such as spare engines, loose change, hundred dollar bills, etc. He said over the last two years he’s made $12,000 in mainly loose change! The supervisor later came over and chatted with us reassuring that he and only he will have the key to the cab and will not let the longshoreman drive it. He wanted it to be parked right next to his office so he could watch over it.

Bon voyage! Such a cool trip. Just remember to drive on the left and don't take narrow streets.

While you are there, go to Sheffield University and in honour of a Saturday night I was there, take the largest plastic garbage pail to the top of a stairwell (any stairwell). Fill the pail to the brim with water then pour it all down the stairs. That’s my only memory of the place. Cheers!

Sounds exciting. Just finished a book about a couple guys that drove aTesla from Texas to Panama a few years ago.
Off The Grid by Randy Denmon. Interesting.

Cam confirm loch Ness. Take the boat tour from a grumpy old Scotsman. We'll worth it.

They took some very long cables with them and a variety of different plugs. Then they looked for hotels with window air conditioners so they could plug into 220.
